At Green Bag Agency LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our procedures for handling refunds and disputes regarding our digital marketing services.

2. Refund Policy

  • Service Cancellation: Clients can cancel their service within 30 days of the service agreement start date. To cancel, please contact us at team@greenbagagency.com.
  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Factors for eligibility include the nature of the service, progress of the project, and specific circumstances leading to the refund request.
  • Refund Amounts: Approved refunds will be made in full less payment processing fees and any non-refundable fees Green Bag Agency has incurred from 3rd parties that arise from the client’s service agreement.
  • Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 days of the refund request approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to services that have already been completed or are in progress.

3. Dispute Resolution Policy

Unless explicitly agreed to in writing, all Green Bag Agency services shall be paid in United States Dollars (USD).
